Anthony Deliso

Anthony Deliso is a Partner with EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC. Anthony emphasizes a hands-on approach to client service and is directly responsible for oversight of the operations, business development, process/system implementation, and client reporting.

Anthony was responsible for launching the fund administration business since its inception in 2008, including implementing the accounting systems and process management. He has more than 30 years of investment accounting, audit, tax, and management related experience, working in public accounting for the Big 4 and a regional accounting firm, and directly for hedge funds, a commodity trading advisor and a large global investment advisory firm.

Martin Pembroke

Martin Pembroke is a Managing Director with EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC (EFS) with over 30 years of management and investment related experience, including public accounting experience. EFS team provides accounting services to hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of hedge funds and other alternative investment structures. Assets under management for clients range from $10 million to over $1.5 billion.

Marty has held leadership positions at national broker-dealers and at the North American division of another global fund administration firm. He has successfully completed the securities industry qualification exams for General Securities Principal and Financial and Operations Principal (Series 24 and 27) and has served as a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), now FINRA, Net Capital Task Force and the Series 27/28 Exam Review Committee.

Prior to joining EFS, Marty was the Managing Director of Operations at a multi-billion-dollar AUA global fund administration firm, responsible for all U.S. and India operations.

Robert Brooks

Robert Brooks is a Director at EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC (EFS) with over 20 years of experience providing accounting, audit, and tax services to hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds and family offices. He and his team are responsible for strategic planning, relationship building, sales presentations, and the implementation for clients, as well as being responsible for the overall accounting and administration of EFS's hedge funds, fund of funds, and family office clients.

Prior to joining EFS, Robert was Vice President of accounting in the alternative investment accounting group at an international asset management firm, and he also spent five years in public accounting in the financial service industry at a national accounting firm.

Joseph Lanese

Joe Lanese is a Director at EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC (EFS), with over 20 years of experience, providing accounting, audit, and tax services to investment partnerships. He is responsible for managing the hedge fund, fund of funds, and family office clients of EFS. In addition, Joe is responsible for implementation of new clients, ongoing client service, strategic planning, business development, and maintain and improving the firm's control environment.

Prior to joining EFS, Joe was a Senior Vice President at an investment management firm where he managed the alternative investment accounting team. Joseph began his career in the financial service industry at a large national accounting firm.

Karthick Venkatakrishnan

Karthick Venkatakrishnan is Managing Director of India Operations at Eisner Advisory Group LLC, and he is also member of EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC (EFS). With nearly 20 years of accounting experience, he serves hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, fund of funds, in addition to general partnerships, management companies and family offices. Karthick leads the strategy and management of India operations as well as create a strong foundation and culture for our offices and colleagues in India.

Prior to joining the firm, Karthick was a Director with a leading global fund administration services firm, where he was Head of Operations and managed service delivery for North America, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands.
